• The culture is based on status, position and hierarchy

③ The task culture (Athena)
Management is seen as completing a succession of projects or solving problems
• Performance is judged by results
• Team based, experts
• Very adaptable
• Eg Matrix
④ The person culture (Dionysus)
• The organizational culture existed and presents to satisfy the requirements of the particular individuals involved in the organization
• The purpose of the organization is to serve the interests of the individuals who make it up
