Occupational pension scheme (OPS):

• Set up by an employer for his employees

• Contributions by the employer, and the employee

Personal pension scheme (PPS):

• A pension scheme managed by taxpayer himself through some financial institutions like banks and insurance companies

• Contribution can be made by individual and any third party on behalf of the individual
